SARAJEVO -- In the offices of the Bosniak Institute, a charitable auction was held last night under the title "More than buying".  The aim of the auction was to raise funds for the Children's Home "Bjelave" and the Center for Children Without Parental Care "Duga" from Kulen Vakuf.  The auction included 15 "Bosnian handicraft products" and 20 works of art.

The initial prices for paintings ranged from KM 500 to 1,000.  For rugs, the initial price was KM 800.  Numerous notables took part in the auction, including Ermin Alomerović, the CEO of Fedex's Bosnian office, who bought three rugs. "Our company believes these charitable actions are very important", Alomerović said.

Acting as the auctioneers were the Principal Deputy High Representative Raffi Gregorian, Bosnalijek CEO Edin Arslanagić and Triland Development CEO Tie Sosnowski.
