Crow Holdings is the group of international, diversified investment companies that owns and directs the investments of the Trammell Crow family and its investment partners.   Crow Holdings is an active investor in industrial, office, retail, mart, land, hotel and residential real estate businesses in the United States, Europe and South America. Crow Holdings has a broad base of talent and experience in acquiring, developing and managing real estate assets and operating companies. 

The real estate group manages these holdings by providing asset and portfolio management to enhance the value of these assets.  Crow Holdings has traditionally invested with a number of individual and institutional investors.  Since 1998, Crow Holdings has sponsored four private equity funds.  Total equity capital from these funds totals $2.1 billion, approximately $450 million of which was committed by Crow Holdings.
