| Triland Development is pleased to present ALTA Shopping Center, the first modern retail complex in Sarajevo. Situated in the heart of Sarajevo on the corner of Zmaja od Bosne and Fra Andjela Zvizdovica, ALTA shall present to guests a completely new retail experience by offering exclusive brands in an exciting and contemporary complex.
ALTA is a modern expressive building designed by the well-known Bosnian architecture firm Studio non stop d.o.o. Their design was chosen in an open competition in which works were presented by local architects with the directive to create a structure to blend in to the surrounding neighborhood. The complex shall be a future landmark for the city center expressing Sarajevo's dynamic growth and bright future. ALTA's exclusive interior design is fresh and contemporary; it reflects the dynamics of the urban center while providing a pleasant atmosphere for each and every guest. The basic features are clean and simple lines streaming through the entire complex while guiding guests to exclusive boutiques and exceptional restaurants and cafes. This unique interior was enhanced by the famous American architecture firm Omniplan, which is known for innovative and evocative design that elegantly endures the test of time. Blending the expressive exterior and elegant interior, the new structure will consist of approximately 23,000 gross square meters of open retail space on four levels. Interspersed throughout the levels, the restaurants and cafes will provide a peaceful spot for guests to relax and enjoy life. A first-rate supermarket shall provide guests all the best products from Bosnia, Europe and beyond. Easy access to ALTA is provided with over 200 underground parking spaces. |
