ALTA CONSTRUCTION COMMENCES "PALACE GROUP" BUILDING RETAIL CENTER
SARAJEVO -- Near the UNITIC skyscrapers, On Fra Anđela Zvizdovića Street, GP "Butmir" workers have started excavation and preparation for the construction of a retail center. The investor is "Palace Group" d.o.o. Sarajevo. We are told in the Municipality Centar that this building will be constructed as part of the Regulation Plan "City Center-Marijin Dvor". This commercial building will have 13,688 square meters above ground and will include six floors. Three of these will be underground floors, in addition to an elevated ground floor and two other floors. Underground there will be a parking garage with 200 parking spaces - the Municipality says. |
